Shipping Fees and Estimates

In most cases, your total shipping fee is automatically calculated and displayed during the payment process. The total amount you pay upfront when you place an order includes both the product price and the estimated international shipping fee.

Volumetric Weight and Additional Shipping Charges

Due to the vast variety of products offered through our proxy service, it can sometimes be impossible to accurately predict the final shipping fee in advance. This situation typically occurs with unusually large, heavy, or irregularly sized products. If the actual size or volumetric weight of a product exceeds the initial shipping estimate, the following process will be applied:

• The exact shipping fee will be calculated once the product arrives at our collection center (warehouse) in Turkey and is properly sorted and measured.
• If an additional shipping fee is necessary to accommodate the physical dimensions of the package, you will be informed immediately.
• You will be provided with a secure secondary payment link backed by Iyzico to complete the remaining shipping balance.
• Once this additional shipping payment is approved, your package will be dispatched immediately to your international destination.
